Our warranty includes:
• the delivery of ordered goods within the limits previously expressed regarding the availability of the product
• the quality and absolute freshness of the product
• delivery for the day required except in cases of force majeure or non-availability of the recipient.
With this guarantee we undertake to execute any order with dedication, care and the highest quality. If despite this should not be pleased with the delivery or quality of the product, please send us a note within a maximum of five days of delivery via the Internet at our e-mail: [email protected].

The prices of flowers are subject to seasonal fluctuations and regional.
Prices in the catalog must be added the cost of service delivery differently depending on location and price with obtaining highlighted below.
In the case of service performed in locations not served directly by us must be added the cost of the service.
In case the recipient refuses the receipt with obtaining the final with obtaining for reasons not attributable to us or to the executor florist, the order must be regarded as having been made and no refund may be due to the customer who placed the order .
